Somebody's been watching me

My brother took all of these photographs and ended up displaying them on his food and wine blog's sidekick site called Snakshot. Turns out I've been snakshotted more than once over the years of home cooking I did. Looking at them now I can see what proper schooling will do my work.

That's me. That's my pie. I made it for Thanksgiving last year.


I can't remember when I made these since I make them ALL THE TIME now as bakery manager and pastry chef apprentice.


I torched this baby with a hot flame. It's meringue scorched on purpose, not from too many candles being on it, as the headline might suggest.
Don't call 911. Call me. LOL.
